No matter where you're at in your fitness journey, there's a bike for you at CycleBar.
Step 1: Fuel Up
You don’t want to ride on an empty tank, so we recommend that you hydrate with plenty of water and a light snack.
Step 2: Sign In
Before your first ride, you need to sign a waiver. If you are under 18, you need one signed by a parent in person.
Step 3: Gear Up
Please arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes before your ride, so we can give you a tour of the studio and introduce you to your CycleBar Instructor.
Step 4: Jump On
Our team will help to outfit you with shoes, and adjust your bike. Water-check! Towel-check! You’re ready to rock your ride!
Step 5: Get Moving
Follow your CycleBar Instructors lead and let the music carry you through the ride. We never judge and it’s ok to sit when you feel like doing so.
Step 6: Keep Track
After your ride we’ll send you an email with your performance stats.

At CycleBar, we take care of everything, so all you have to do is show up, clip in, and ride. We suggest a tank or t-shirt and form-fitting, athletic shorts or pants. We have plenty of CycleBar apparel and water bottles for sale in the studio, too.
What about my safety?
Just as you would with any new exercise, consult your doctor before starting up at CycleBar. Our rides offer a full body workout and a rigorous cardio experience, so make sure you listen to your body during your class. Your CycleBar Instructor will help you reach your personal best, but your safety comes first. If at any time during or after a class you feel unusual symptoms, please notify us and/or seek medical attention.
