Find a Studio

Step 1: Fuel Up

You don’t want to ride on an empty tank, so we recommend that you hydrate with plenty of water and a light snack.

Step 2: Sign In

Before your first ride, you need to sign a waiver. If you are under 18, you need one signed by a parent in person.

Step 3: Gear Up

Please arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes before your ride, so we can give you a tour of the studio and introduce to your instructor.

Step 4: Jump On

Our team will help to outfit you with shoes, and adjust your bike. Water-check! Towel-check! You’re ready to rock your ride!

Step 5: Get Moving

Follow your instructor's lead and let the music carry you through the ride. We never judge and it’s ok to sit when you feel like doing so.

Step 6: Keep Track

After your ride we’ll send you an email with your performance stats and of course, the playlist to keep you rocking your day!

Do I need to sign anything before I start?
Before your first ride, you need to sign a waiver. If you are under 18, you need one signed by a parent IN PERSON. Please arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes before your ride, so we can give you a tour of the studio, outfit you with shoes, and help adjust your bike.
I am brand new to indoor cycling. Which ride should I select?
Most start with our Foundation ride. Regardless of which ride you choose, you can modify a CycleBar ride to your own fitness level.
Do I need my own indoor cycling shoes?
We are happy to provide you with a complimentary pair of cycling shoes for every class. If you prefer to bring your own, check with your local studio to ensure the cleats on your shoes are compatible with our pedals.
How do I pick my own bike? Can I ride next to a friend?
When you book a class, you get to select a bike. Just ask your friend which bike they selected so you can ride next to them.
What else do I need to bring and what should I wear?
At CycleBar, we take care of everything, so all you have to do is show up, clip in, and ride. We provide complimentary filtered water, snacks, lockers that have coded keypads for easy access and safe storage for all of your belongings, hair ties, wet clothing bags, and other toiletries for you to use. We suggest a tank or t-shirt and form-fitting, athletic shorts or pants. We have plenty of CycleBar apparel and water bottles for sale in the studio, too.
What about my safety?
Just as you would with any new exercise, consult your doctor before starting up at CycleBar. Our rides offer a full body workout and a rigorous cardio experience, so make sure you listen to your body during your class. Your CycleStar® Instructor will help you reach your personal best, but your safety comes first. If at any time during or after a class you feel unusual symptoms, please notify us and/or seek medical attention.
CycleBar pricing for rides and membership vary by location. Locate your nearest studio for rates in your area.
CycleBar is a music-driven instructor-led cardio cycling class that delivers a fun but low-impact workout.
CycleBar memberships can be used at the studio where they were purchased. Studios are independently owned and operated franchises and in some cases studios with the same owner will allow you to take a cycling class at other locations they own.
Cycling classes are a great way to get in your cardio and blast calories. CycleBar is focused on your emotional as well as your physical well-being and here we come together to ride in a supportive community. No matter your fitness goal or your ability, we have a ride for you.
