Currently the Master Instructor for CycleBar Aus/NZ, Rachel loves nothing more than teaching classes at Currambine and training new CycleBar instructors across Australia. Rachel has been teaching Group Fitness for 21 years and Cycle for 13 years and still enjoys helping people realise their true potential and having fun while moving to high-energy, feel-good music. Along with indoor cycling, Rachel loves weight training and boxing. When Rachel isn't in the studio, you can find her hanging out with her 3 kids, 2 cats, 1 dog and 1 fish.
