When I first started going to spin classes back in 2018, I found my love for indoor cycling. As soon as I stepped into the CycleBar studio in 2021, I was hooked and knew I had to be on that stage! The music, the lights, the vibes, what’s not to love?!
Outside of the studio I enjoy playing netball during the winter, spending my days at the beach during the summer and lots of social catch ups with friends in between.
What can you expect in my classes? A bit of an eclectic mix of tunes, love a top speed fast flat or a super heavy climb, and maybe the odd bit of singing here and there (sorry!) Come and join me in the studio, see what it’s all about, and fall in love with CycleBar, as I have!
