Lyndsey discovered her passion for indoor cycling back in 2018, but it took just one step into the CycleBar studio in 2021 to become completely hooked. From that exact moment, she knew she belonged up on the stage leading the pack! Now, as CycleBar Australia's 2026 Instructor of the Year, she brings that award-winning, high-octane energy to every single ride.
For Lyndsey, the music, the immersive lights, and the community vibes are what make the studio magic. When she isn't rocking the podium, she stays busy soaking up the sun at the beach, walking her cocker spaniel dog, Murphy, and enjoying plenty of social catch-ups with friends. She also works as an Inclusion Coordinator, supporting children with disability and developmental delay and their families.
Lyndsey’s classes are a high-energy mix of tunes, lightning-fast top-speed flats, and brutally heavy climbs. You might even catch her singing along on the mic and busting out signature dance moves!
