Carla realised her need for movement as a teen with little confidence. Over the years, this developed into a passion and means of release. Loving traditional weight training and CrossFit, she felt incorporating a cardio aspect to her training could only add benefit, and what better way to do so than indoor cycling! And so the journey began. CycleBar is not just a studio and not just a class. It’s an outlet for stress, a chance to ignite a fire & embrace challenges. A pause in time whereby nothing else matters but you on that bike- and that’s a powerful thing. Outside of the studio, Carla has spent 7 years studying Exercise & Sports Science and more recently Physiotherapy. Aside from the boring stuff though, she is creative, always up for an adventure and absolutely adores her fur baby Archie. So, if you’re ready for a motivating, spicy and exciting class that will most definitely get the heart rate up and challenge you in every regard (in the best possible way), book in!
